Bond Denied on Mountville Meth Mfg Charge

Bond was denied yesterday on a man arrested Monday and held for drug charges.

The Sheriff’s Office charged yesterday served warrants charging 44-year-old James Arthur Bousley of 621 Hillcrest Road, Mountville with Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Illegal Disposal of Methamphetamine Waste. Narcotics Investigator Matt Veal states that on November 11th James Arthur Bouslay had in his possession items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine at 621 Hillcrest Road, Mountville. Veal also alleges that Bouslay did unlawfully dispose of methamphetamine waste without authority to do so at 621 Hillcrest Road. During arraignment yesterday Judge Glynda Tucker denied bond on both charges. Bouslay remains in the Johnson Detention Center.
